AD'S AND COACHES RECOGNIZED WITH GCAA SERVICE AWARDS

Athletic Directors and Coaches within the Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association who reached milestone years of employment were recognized during the annual Fall GCAA meeting August 7th. These individuals were employees who achieved 5, 10 and 15 of service in their respective role at their institution as a member of the conference in 2017.

This year's Service Awards recognition honored 11 individuals for their contributions to the GCAA. The five year service pin was presented to South Georgia Tech's Chris Ballauer and Kezia Conyers, Georgia Highlands Phil Gaffney and Gordon State's Justin Huff. The ten year service keepsake box was presented to Albany Tech's Mary Richardson, Sylvester Patterson and Kenneth Williams, Gordon State's Gary Sharpe and Ken Deyton and Andrew's Aaron Feyes. The fifteen year service leather pad folio was presented to Georgia Military's Rob Manchester.

These individuals spend countless hours helping to shape and mold our student- athletes to excel in the classroom and on the court or field.
